Im a contractor. The security here is amazing. Great job they are doing and always helping with any questions and concerns.

Permits people in under your name without consent, not letting some guests in for frivolous reasons, fining people for going 1mph over speed limit.

The problem is Google Maps has you during miles out of you way to enter at the MAIN GATE to Pecan Plantation. From any place North, East Or West from Pecan Plantation the FASTEST-SHORTEST route is to take highway US 377 to TX 167 (Fall Creek Hwy) to the MAIN ENTRANCE to all of the Pecan Plantation area. ALL Pecan locations, airport, grocery, drug store, Clubhouse, pools, golf courses & homes of residents are accessible in a shorter distance & time spent to drive. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR DATABASE & save folks 7-12 miles of extra driving & 20 - 30 minutes of unnecessary driving. Thank you. Thank You.

Removed 3 large oaks and stump ground at a very fair price. Cleaned up all areas when finished. I am very happy with their tree service and I highly recommend them.

Mr.Drake went above and beyond. He was able to remove two dead, very large and difficult trees next to power lines and the house and privacy fence without damaging a single thing. Very professional and very careful. Reasonable rates and I would recommend him to anyone.

Chris the technician with Wise/Chem was amazing. He took the time to explain how the treatment for moles work. Chris was very courteous and and provided exceptional and excellent service. He explained that the treatment he did was safe for my fur baby and that the process would take about a month due to the large amount of tunnels and activity I had. I used Wise/Chem several years ago and they provided excellent service and also give a senior citizen discount.

Called back due to army worm, wasp, ants and spiders infestation BUT I am 12 days past the 30 day warranty!! Was told it would cost the original $340 to re-spray. What a rip-off. I would say DO NOT USE unless you have money to throw away.

John and his crew came out and helped us tackle what at first seemed to be a simple water leak with a little mold around the wall trim, but turned out to be years of mold that had gone undetected in a bathroom shower wall. They were professional, worked quickly and proficiently to remove all the mold and clean up and seal all the structural parts that could be addressed as such. VERY GRATEFUL for their thorough and quick process. They are definitely the team you want taking care of mold in your home. They have worked two jobs in our family and have been stellar on both accounts!

John and his guys completed a water issue for us so quickly and even helped find someone to do the repairs for us. They were very professional and cleaned up all the debris.
